Buyer protection

When you buy something on Station2, your payment is held — it doesn't go to the seller right away. It only releases once you confirm the gear matches what was listed.

Grading standard

Every listing is graded New, Like New, Good, or Fair, with real photos to back it up — not a guess from a stock photo.

Why it's different

Generic marketplaces offer no grading, no protection, and a lot of ghosting. Station2 was built to fix exactly that.

Dispute & refund policy

TODOThe full dispute and refund policy — including the exact return window and what counts as "not as described" — needs to be drafted by Operations and signed off by the human management group before it can be published here (per WEBSITE-BRAINSTORM.md, topic 5). What's already established: a "report an issue" action exists on every order, and held payment does not release to the seller while a dispute is open.
